Agriculture

Within the body of Güres Group, using 100% natural fertilizers, corn, wheat, and grapes are produced with high yield and quality. The agricultural products obtained have been processed into powder feed at the Güres Feed Factory since 1985 to meet the feed needs of the facility. Powder feed produced in Güres Feed Factory is used only within Güres Group due to closed integration.

Energy

Güres Energy, which was put into operation in 2017 and has been one of the world's leading environmental facilities since then, converts chicken manure into electrical energy. The facility, which has been implemented for a better world and a better future, is completely domestic production and bears the signature of Güres' R&D engineers.

With the patented innovative product of Güres Teknoloji, the 'New Generation Horizontal Type Manure Dryer' the manure transferred from the henhouses via belts is dried within 24 hours. Dried manure is burned at the Güres Energy power plant to generate electricity from the manure. Operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, the facility is built on an area of 15 thousand square meters and produces 2.3 megawatts of electricity per hour. Growing its clean energy investments day by day as per the company policy, Güres Energy produces approximately 5 megawatts of energy with its GES projects.

Technology

The scientific knowledge gained as a result of the experience and knowledge of the company management and employees since the foundation of Güres Group, whose foundations were laid in 1963, has been systematized by the R&D department, enabling innovative studies to be carried out in the egg sector. Fully automatic irrigation and feeding; With its fully automatic egg production, fully automatic air conditioning, and chicken cages with fully automatic fertilizer collection systems and equipment, it has achieved international success and has become a brand that sets the standards instead of following the standards.

Our product range is increasing day by day as a result of the research carried out continuously by our R&D Units and Engineers in our factory to raise layer chickens in perfect conditions.

Fully automatic Laying Chicken Cage, Chick Raising Cage, and our new product Broiler Cage are produced in our Güres Poultry Technology factory. In addition, Enriched Layer Cages are produced according to European norms. Installation, service, and after-sales maintenance of all cages we sell are carried out by our professional Technical Department in our country and in the world.

Food

Table egg production, which was started in 1963 by our founder Ahmet Remzi Güres, by purchasing 600 chickens for the chicken farm he established in Saruhanlı, is now carried out in fully automatic egg cages. Güres Group is the largest and fully integrated egg producer in our country, gathered under one roof, with an annual production capacity of 1,500,000,000 eggs in an open area of 700,000 square meters and a closed area of 250,000 square meters.

At every stage of production, 'human health' is prioritized and quality production is carried out in 'clean and hygienic' conditions. Coops are periodically checked by veterinarians.

Chickens are fed with the feed produced in Güres Group Feed Factory, and after the eggs are collected and sorted untouched by hand, they are delivered to the consumer in the cold chain production facilities without waiting in their hygienically certified packaging.

Our Güres Group Egg Production Facilities have been certified by TÜV Rheinland Group, which has met the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 (Quality Management System). Production is carried out in our egg production and packaging facilities by applying ISO 22000:2005 VE  22000 (Food Safety Management System) standards and Haccp (hygiene) rules. It also has the HALAL certification.
