Güres Pasteurized Liquid Egg is produced from natural eggs obtained from healthy chickens raised in our own facilities. Our products prepared in our production facilities equipped with state-of-the-art machinery are offered for different needs of the food sector with egg yolk, egg white and liquid whole egg options.
Güres Pasteurized Liquid Egg products are available in 1 kg gable top packaging, 5 kg, 10 kg and 20 kg bag-in-box packaging options. Besides, it is also available in chromium tanks imported from Europe with a capacity of 500 kg and 1000 kg for high-capacity industrial applications. Shipment is made with Pallecon plastic crates and 1 ton disposable bags.
In our facilities with high level production capacity, 60 tons of eggs can be pasteurized daily. Human health is prioritized at every stage of production, all processes are carried out in hygienic conditions and in accordance with quality standards.
Güres Group transports pasteurized liquid egg products with refrigerated vehicles operating in the temperature range of 0 °C/+4 °C and delivers it to its users in Turkey and Europe by protecting the cold chain, while in export it delivers the products in conditions that are transported and stored at -18 °C after quick freezing at -40 °C.
Güres Group Pasteurized Liquid Egg Production Plant is certified by ensuring ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements. FSSC 22000 food safety management system standards are applied in the production and packaging processes. Our products also have Halal Food certification.
